Exchange & Return Policy

At Omshri, every piece is prepared with care, devotion, and spiritual intention. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Pre-Blessed Jewellery

As our spiritual jewellery is blessed and prepared before dispatch, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchange Eligibility

Size exchanges and style exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.
Style exchange refers to exchanging one product for another (for example, a Rudraksha Bracelet exchanged for a Pendant), subject to product availability.
Any price difference between products will be adjusted accordingly.
Products must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Exchange Charges

A reverse pickup and logistics fee of ₹99 will be applicable for all exchange requests.
Exchange orders will be processed only after the returned product successfully passes our quality inspection.

Store Credit

If you choose a replacement product of lower value, the remaining amount will be issued as Omshri Store Credit, valid for future purchases.

One-Time Exchange Policy

Exchange or return can be availed only once per original order.

Non-Exchangeable Products

The following products are not eligible for exchange or return:

Customized or personalized products.
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Products returned without original packaging.
Items showing signs of wear or use.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

A damaged product,
A defective product, or
An incorrect item,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video. After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
